Soap Making Class

Learn how to make your own handmade cold process soap with an emphasis on goat milk.

 

Class Demonstration Covers:

·       Working with Lye

·       Proper Measurement and Mixing Techniques

·       Using molds and molding options

·       Cutting, Curing and Storing your finished soap

All attendees will take home recipes, instructions, and soap.

Through these events, Clark County Goat Association is able to educate the public about the value of goats, goat products and agriculture, foster and promote public exhibitions of goats at local fairs and shows, and provide grants and scholarships to local youth active in the goat community.
