Dairy Goat Showmanship 101 Class

* Are you new to goats and would like to start showing but don’t know where to start? 

* Have you shown a few times but still feel like you need to improve your showmanship skills?

* Have you shown in the past but need to brush up on your showmanship skills?

Join us April 1 to learn about showing dairy goats from an ADGA Judge! 

ADGA Judge, Jessica McDonald, will teach you everything you need to know to show your goat to looks its best in the show ring! Learn how to set-up your goat, how to handle your goat as you walk in the ring, where you need to place yourself, and other tip and tricks! 

This will be an interactive class. Goats will be provided to you for practice. Please leave your personal goats at home. We suggest bringing a notebook, pen, and chair.

Class is available to youth and adults with all experience levels.

Class One: 12 – 2pm  *SOLD OUT*

Class Two: 2:30 – 4:30pm

Location: Clark County Fairgrounds (sheep ring at yellow gate)
