Due to being NPIP all sales are final as per NC Dept of agriculture’s regulations. We do a 48 hour guarantee on our chicks. There are so many issues and circumstances that can cause chicks to pass that we cannot be held responsible for any losses past the 48 hour guarantee. If there are losses in the 48 hour window we will gladly replace or refund your purchase upon proof of loss.
